Childhood physical education is important and improves more than just physical wellness. It also assists and improves mental and emotional development in children too. All of our nursery sessions are created to be fun, stimulating and develop children's physical and mental growth.
All of our coaches are fulled qualfied, DBS checked and sessions are planned within the EYFS framework.
Multi-Skill lessons help children develop basic fundamental movements, encouraging agility, balance and coordination. All our sessions are provided by qualified coaches who work with children to understand and encourage their physical development. We want to be able to instil in children a lifelong desire to participate in physical activity.
Little Yoga and Parent and Child Yoga
Yoga is one of our more unusual activities however very popular with nurseries. Children can gain enormously from yoga, enhancing their flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. In addition, it improves their concentration and relaxation.
Parent and Yoga classes deliver the same mental and physical benefits as any other yoga class. On top of this, it is amazing for parents to have a place to come and exercise without having to find childcare, as well as offering families the opportunity to come together in a non-competitive and healthy environment, bonding with their children in a fun and stimulating way.
